Guangdong New Electronics Information Import & Export Co., Ltd. (referred to as “NEI”), headquartered in Guangzhou, is a foreign trade subsidiary fully backed by its mother company NationStar and upper-level holding company FSL. Established in 2001, the company specializes in supplying and distributing electronic information products within its corporate group. We have obtained the AEO Advanced Certification accredited by China Customs.
As a member of Guangdong Rising Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Rising Group”), one of China’s top 500 enterprises, NEI leverages the strengths of three outstanding listed companies under the group—NationStar (002449), Foshan Lighting (000541), and Fenghua Advanced Technology (000636). We are committed to empowering these listed companies in market expansion and supply chain management. With a global business reach, our operations span the entire LED industry chain and the electronic components sector, extending further into design and manufacturing services such as PCBA. History
1992 – Renamed Foshan Electric Lighting Co., Ltd. and went public.
1993 – Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
2005 – Established a large-scale production base, becoming one of the Asia-Pacific region’s largest fluorescent lamp manufacturers.
2012 – Began transitioning from traditional lighting to LED products, focusing on energy-efficient solutions.
2015 – Expanded strategic development, strengthening smart lighting and electrical solutions.
2016 – Launched dual-engine strategy combining lighting and electrical technology.
2017 – Established automotive lighting division, forming three core business segments: lighting, electrical, and automotive lighting.
2018–2019 – Accelerated smart lighting and intelligent home solutions, advanced automated production, and partnered with global technology companies to support smart factories and smart cities.
2023 – Invested RMB 500 million in research and development, focusing on smart lighting solutions.
2024 – Launched a new smart LED lighting line, generating 15% more revenue compared to the previous year.
2024 – Recognized as a “Time-honored Brand of China” with a brand value of RMB 39.38 billion and ranked among the “Asia Brand 500.”
1969 – Founded as Foshan Semiconductor Materials Factory, primarily producing single crystal silicon.
1975 – Transitioned to LED production, becoming one of China’s earliest entrants into the LED industry.
1976 – Merged into Foshan Radio No. 8 Factory, renamed Foshan Optoelectronic Equipment Factory.
2004 – Established as Foshan NationStar Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.
2009 – Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 002449).
2014–2015 – Underwent restructuring, with Guangdong Guangsheng Asset Management Co., Ltd. becoming the controlling shareholder, aligning with Foshan Lighting.
2022 – Acquired Fenghua Xindian, enhancing capabilities in semiconductor packaging and testing.
2023–2024 – Focused on smart LED solutions, automation upgrades, and expanded into automotive lighting and smart home sectors.
1984 – Established as Guangdong Zhaoqing Fenghua Electronics Factory, initially assembling cassette recorders.
1985 – Introduced advanced monolithic ceramic capacitor production line, becoming a pioneer in MLCC manufacturing in China.
1994 – Reorganized into a joint-stock system, forming Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology Co., Ltd.
1996 – Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 000636).
2021 – High-end capacitor base project Phase I production line commenced.
2022 – Raised RMB 5 billion in a private placement, marking the largest single financing in company history.
2023 – Recognized as a “National Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise” and “World-Class Professional Leading Demonstration Enterprise” by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
2024 – Achieved significant revenue and profit growth; MLCC products applied in automotive electronics; recognized as a “National Manufacturing Single Champion Product.”
